How many days customers have to ask for a refund?
If you bought more than one items every item will be shipped Separately, therefor you'll receive your items in different time.
What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund?
If you didn't receive your order after 60 days ( 90 days if you choose free shipping) from the shipping period
If you received the wrong Item
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Product return fees must be paid by the customer
Do you issue refunds for items on sale (ie. discounted)?
No, items on sale aren't eligible for refunds
Please Note: We do not cover any item damaged after use or as the result of water damage. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
If the tracking number shows that the item have been delivered then it's your post office responsibility
Can customers exchange a product with a new one?
Yes, customers can exchange the product with a new one if it was ordered less than 2 days by contacting us
